Refund policy

Our jewelry is a source of beauty that we hope will be part of your personal collection for many years to come. Please, take good care of it by avoiding dropping or banging against a hard surface or use of chemical cleansing agents. Our goal is to meet your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) charges. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Please, send your package with the original invoice to us by courier of your choice. Please make sure to insure your package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except due to factory defect.
